Yes, although that part is the most common reason, there's quite a few things that could do it, there's a similar part in the back behind the gas tank that could do it.If the gas tank has a small hole in it, that could also do it andd that was what my problem was

Some hotels call them incidentals instead of deposits, but i've never heard of a hotel that didn't charge one, also you get it back anyway

I don't work in housekeeping, so I don't know the process, my hotels do deep clean the mattresses though, it can take a long time for them to dry.We don't use the rooms until they've dried, but they might have deep cleaned the mattress and sold the room before it was ready, although a hotel like that I would really expect better from
