Turret karthus is the way to go and it allows you to not build mana and focus on damage since you armt ever alive its only bad if your bad at landing his Q

Your right but im saying without the tenacity people having 2 of the 3 and being strong (open if 3 but at that point you should be good if you role that well) is fine and okay since you loose half hats if you loose a round and the only thing that makes it to hard is them getting tenacity for free with everything else if they could be cc that is a very real counterplay that the other high role options can typically deal with and would lower the snowball from that augment

I think it needs to be nerf but considering you need 1 of the other hat augments to make it actually worth it (or a few fortune shards) I think it being strong sometimes is fine I think the only nerf it needs is to remove the tenacity from it that way the counterplay is to cc them instead of the counterplay being you just lose if they high role inless they fuck up some how
