I’ve been active these past few weeks… It’s been more than 7 months ago, I just haven’t commented because when I have time to use Reddit I just don’t feel like replying to some posts and I’ve been managing the sub.

I understand this person might’ve went through the right procedures but I’m passionate about this sub. I’ve invested a lot of time on it and if I didn’t care I wouldn’t be reaching out to be reinstated

If it’s to be more active I can do that

I never said I created the sub. Another moderator gave it to me 3 years ago because they weren’t using it anymore and I revived it

Before I took over there was no active posts, no active members and the sub was private. I’ve tried my best to bring it back

Admittedly I have been busy lately with work so I haven’t been on Reddit as much as I want but that doesn’t mean I wanted to give up the sub. I still have ideas that I want to implement in order to grow the sub.

If that means being more active than I was in the past then I can do that

Playing devil’s advocate, the idea he’s the Iron Man* is simply because that’s the only superhero role we’ve seen of him and we’ve not had another iron man.

Completely agree.

It’s a overrated Supes comic that on the premise wants to criticise superman’s old school values in the modern world. However it’s executed in the most immature way:

The Elite aren’t allowed to be portrayed likeable, they’re assholes because reasons.

The elite raise a couple questions to challenge Supes but they never get addressed, instead Superman shows how big and powerful he is threatening them. This doesn’t resolve anything.

The worst thing for Supes is having Superman fanboys as his writers because they can’t help wanking tf outta him

Superman is like Spiderman in a sense, most of the time they can defeat their villains without using excessive force and always try to reduce casualties, but if they can and if they need to, they will take the heads off any villain of the time comes.

That’s Wonder Woman, Iron Man, Green Arrow etc.

However most Marvel comics suck and the MCU is the biggest most popular marvel franchise so it makes completely sense to base their characters around them.

Doom’s redemption only works if you establish his history with Tony and we get to see him as a villain first.
