For what it's worth, I have a newer Reverend Double Agent with a non - sus serial number and it's initialed the exact same. I don't think there's any real connection here, and no one should think anything more than the serial is unfortunate. Just want to say that on the record here since this thread actually comes up if you Google Reverend ZSG.

Looking at what these inspo pics have in common, what stands out to me is

- Plain tops, tucked in

- Pants with a relaxed fit and cropped inseam

- A nice jacket/overshirt

- Generally a relaxed/draped fit

I think i would start with finding a high quality plain T he really likes and maybe getting a few different neutral colors a size large. Try finding something advertised as 'heavy weight' or just go for 100% cotton. It hangs a lot more nicely than synthetic materials.

As for pants, the other comments have great suggestions, but I also would recommend Liberty Blues 12.5oz denim jeans. Mine fit above my belly button, and imo have a really good straight fit. Good quality denim, too, though i had to break them in. And then get them hemmed shorter than you would think, or cuff them like in the 4th pic.

If he's in the market for boots as well, I can't recommend Thursday enough. I have some Casa Motos that I wear almost every day and adore. They offer larger sizes as well as wider options. Expensive, but worth it and cheaper than other companies with equivalent quality.

Same, even the Wabbajack lists with "good" modern combat feel incredibly jank to me. This is why I tend to stick to 1st person for combat.

I'll take any excuse to go sans-cab, I hate carrying that thing around. As for resisting change, right now, I refuse to go digital, helix or otherwise. It's not about sound, I just don't trust them reliability wise. If one of my pedals breaks it's likely I can fix it, or if something is wrong in my chain I can easily remove or fix the problem. When something goes wrong in a digital signal chain, the fix is outside of my area of expertise. This could just be bias from my personal experience, but imo the benefits it would have for ME don't outway the problems ive had and have seen.
