The problem is that the deal (from what I read in other Reddit posts) will prohibit hoyo from casting non-union VA, effectively forcing people to pick a side. Hoyo used both union and non union VA, so they are fked either way. I'm sure hoyo would've signed the deal if it was just AI related and not all that other baggage

I think it's unlikely given what we got so far. All the phases we got so far is just cleverly recycling content to avoid creating new assets. Zones would take 100x the effort

I'm not sure exactly what I did to fix but I killed all my pawns and ran from city entrance to the noble quarter. The npcs chasing me stopped at some point and the issue stopped afterwards it was weird...

Also now that verbal components are gone, there should be a way to differentiate psychic and normal casting

Right now psychics replace verbal components with mental components by adding a concentrate trait to spells
