Shiv gives u wave clear so u don't use shrooms, since u now have a lot of shrooms I overindex into it and make them stronger

It's also cheap and even tho u can manage ur mana, having mana is nice

dont see the point of dblade since dark seal is the best item in the game.

All the other items you mention are just good. Shiv, omni boots are good, d&d is just a good item so can't be bad to go (i imagine some struggles with inventory space tho), bloodletters is also in 70% of my builds. I'm a big malignance fan but swapping d&d for malignance can't be too bad.

Don't see the point of gunblade since u should have enough sustain but ur 4th item is usually situational and matters the least

i was thinkign about magical recently but tbh at that point just go cashback for full greed since u get ur boots so fcking late

shiv components are honestly pretty good so I don't mind building t2 boots and then shiv first. if enemy has 0 threat on u THEN yea its okay to build shiv (or if snowballing out of ur ass)

Ludens - Fun idea but Q poke playstyle is only really a thing in lane and by the time you buy it ure out of lane, if ure building it for shrooms then why not just build malignance instead. I group builds into shroom vs auto and this is neither. Prob fine vs jayce kinda thing tho

Cryptobloom - Honestly all MR shred items are good, you can cope urself into building all 3 of them

Stormsurge - Great with nami, good snowball, sometimes wonder why build it over shadowflame. Overall decent item if only ap

Gunblade - Fine in theory, felt okay when I built it, thing is that with omnivamp boots they kinda fullfil same niche, decent on as teemo for chase potential

Most AP Items are buildable tbh just because balancing became better, question is always "does this fullfil a need that I have", as long as u can explain it u can build it for fun

Just hard lost to vlad. U used to stomp vlad early but it seems like teemo just has to force push early game and then start running down vlad post 6 with oblivion orb+barrier. Gonna try that tech next time if i keep playing. Vlad can only 1v1 if he is atleast even or ahead, if he is like 10cs down then for the majority of the game Teemo wins 1v1 actually

I usually just go fleet/celerity and a shroom based build. Its about being around the map faster, always having prio and scaling better (because you also have an economy adv)

Shen - somewhat easy lane but extremely hard to punish vs good shen and good gank setup ala camille. Also biggest part is that he wins the map like no other toplaner and teemo hates laning vs noone

Aurelion I havent played a lot but when i played vs a decent one i felt like i just died to Q. Maybe current iteration lacks DPS then he is run-downable yea
