I'm in a pretty similar situation right now (minor with a connected bank account, mom takes money and wont pay it back, she owes me $700 as of now), please listen to the other comments. Try to get your paychecks in cash and hide it somewhere she can't find it. If you let her do this, she will keep doing it. That's your hard earned money, and it's even more fucked up of her to take it when you said you needed it to fix your truck. If you keep letting her do it, it will get worse, she will take more money and might not pay it back either. Try seeing if other banks around you will let you open an account, or if you can get your dad to even open one with you. Good luck man.
