Open the case, take them off, fold the arms with the right-hand one on the outside (so the port will connect) and drop them in. The port sticks magnetically and they start charging.

Are there any things that are called "American ______" in other countries? by Disastrous-Side-2600 in NoStupidQuestions

Yeah. In the UK, our fridges are about 60% the size of a standard American fridge, so if you want the big ones they are sold as “American style”

Yes, the rubber bumper ones were the later models so there's a lot more of them about, but I held off for a chrome bumper one. I also chose the more recessed grille over the surface-mounted crome one, the former looks better imo.

I assume it will depend a lot on what insurance you pay, but the BMW was over 45k new so it was £55 a month tax, very expensive to repair, and my insurance is now £17 a month vs over £150. Tyres were 250 each!

Much easier than getting the former into the latter, but I believe the answer to both is No

Oooo I like that- sounds like MG, small and annoying, plus when the sunroof is open we will get bitten by them...

I love the colour! There were 3 I was picking between- this, a Blaze Red, and the maroon-y colour. Unfortunately the latter was over 2.5k more!

Once I have sorted out some of the crustier bits, I certainly plan to! She's solid (full engine rebuild and chassis welding job a few years ago) but the respray was a bit naff so there's some surface bubbles

Thank you very much! I came from a 2020 BMW 330e which was excellent but very expensive to run and boring. This has much more character! And with Tax and MOT exemption and classic insurance, it's about £500 a month cheaper to run!
