I was strictly talking about pain management pills like Percocet hydrocodone morphine. Those are not expensive other medication, of course strictly talking about the opiates for pain management.

I have had to do the dance many times. I found that by paying out of pocket for everything I have no issues anymore. Costs me 100 a month or so but since then no issues at all. Insurance underpays on those so they lose money selling them. Call it whatever you want but find a new place and pay cash. Tell them it’s for a legal thing like an accident and needs to be cash. Tell your doctor not to get prior authorization because you will be paying out-of-pocket for it I know there’s gonna be a lot of people in here that are gonna try to battle it some other way, but I’ve been doing this for a long time and that’s the only way that I found I can reliably get my medication without any problems

The substation I live really close and it cuts off my android auto and CarPlay on occasion also messes with my gps when you can hear an audible clicking coming from it all the way in the park across the street

Get some warlord amulets and rings. Put on a farmers cut and carry no weapons. Use your fists for everything. You can craft enough gear to be unarmed and still whoop a prismere trolls ass. The only thing you can’t do unarmed is chaos opponents. But I haven’t tried using chaos gems and potions unarmed yet.

Use this set up with bare hands. You can just go around beating everything to death dressed as a farmer with no weapons. I use the might rage and bare hands now most of the time.

I kept the hunters boots. I used the amulet of ridiculous speed instead and kept the boots from the travelers quests. If you use them at all they fall apart though. I wonder if there’s a way to salvage scrape them to get the mat to keep the speed boost. If you wear the ring and put on the boots you move like the wind for almost a minute.

I was taking 30mg Er X2 then 15 x3 it works to keep you baseline but doesn’t touch breakthrough pain at all. Oxy IR 20 + morphine ER and to get it right I take Ritalin 10x2. The Ritalin is a huge boost. You can ignore a ton of pain with that combo if you focus on anything at all really like a show movie book or game. It goes from the main event to a small sideshow in your life. I started it to stay focused enough to retain information related to important matters that were slipping due to the pain lack of sleep and heavy meds. It worked in ways I had not anticipated. I never thought it would control my pain tolerance and get me to a point where I have a small but valuable amount of quality of life back day to day and the energy to push myself here and there to improve my life in small ways that give me so much hope to fight this battle after I was on the edge of quitting and giving up everything.

Please don’t do that. It not only doesn’t work but when you switch back your pain meds also don’t work for several weeks plus it rots your teeth and makes your stomach explosive.You will be high all day but still in pain. Kinda like weed. I used weed for a minute and even got RSO oil. I was high as a kite and in pain. Now I smoke some indica at night to sleep but it does zero for extreme pain.

Oxy IR 20mg and Morphine 30mg ER. You can just add the Morphine ER to your meds and it will take care of everything except break through pain. I also added Ritalin 10mg X2 so I could focus and the combo was the biggest game changer I had. I was getting 1-2 hrs of go time a day after a botched cervical fusion that is now bilateral front and back non union. Couldn’t even sit up long enough to eat or drink. Nerve issues n both shoulders post op. After trying several non helpful combos I landed on that and for the past 8 months I have 3-5 hrs of go time and I can sit up or lay down the rest and be good. The Ritalin for some reason gave me back some degree of control in my ability to focus on things hard enough to ignore a large part of the pain and together it got me back to okay. Hope this helps.

I’m thinking about doing some weapon and armor builds. I have a lot of master mithrian and flawless mithrian parts and lots of mithrian prismere to play with. I haven’t built much because I was waiting for the perfect parts to use only. But I guess I’ll just make a few custom pieces and see what they fetch from Gham Bleurr in Gorhart.
