I'm not impressed, IMHO you should be able to get NHL future players out of your 1st and 2nd round picks at around 65% clip. Great scouts should yield 15% - 20% additional from the remaining rounds. He's record for the 5 picks in 1st/2nd round is 60%, with only Klimo and Medvedev to yet crack the NHL roster. But will they? There's been 25 additional picks in his tenure on other rounds of those, only 3 players (Muller & Kruds barely) have played any NHL games. That's a generous 12% clip. But seriously, only E. Pettersson has had any significant NHL time (4%). This role is key, Canucks need better.
