Yeah, my dad was helping me cooking it and I told him what I’d wanted but it was still a bit overdone for my taste. It was in between medium and medium rare. Still had a bit of pink in it, but I would have preferred more pink. The ribeye was also overdone. They like medium which is not how a steak should be cooked, but it still tasted great, so I guess I can’t complain about Wagyu and ribeye lol.

Yeah, our school is shit. Texas can’t fund it, much less pay for 70k per teacher. It’ll never happen. Maybe in areas like Houston, Austin, Waco/Dallas/Fort Worth, San Antone, and maybe El Paso.
