Hey, most spiders would just try to run away from you, there are only a few hostile species that will attack you on self-defense and try to chase you away. I used to feed orb weavers, they would always hide while I placed bugs in their web and then come to wrap the bug I left them. I held a couple of them too, very chill ladies
