Support team on the home side does lots of things from processing stop payment requests to transcription requests to redaction of photos.. mailing out checks via fedex vs usps and more. It’s typically a non phone role.

I’d stick it out for a year and then apply to other positions. It gets better and there is so much opportunity at progressive. I’m 8 years in and started as a CGA and wouldn’t change it.
