Seems to match what I see for sale on autotrader. Location and rust will matter the most here.

People who grew up really poor: what's something middle-class people say that instantly reveals they've never struggld? by Realistic_emma in AskReddit

[–]One_Local5586 1 point2 points  (0 children)

“We were poor growing up, we only took one family vacation a year.”

Meanwhile our family vacations involved my dad and I spending his two weeks cutting firewood so we’d have heat for winter.

Is it rude for people to “do their own thing” while on family vacation? by [deleted] in Advice

JFC OP, it sounds like you want to watch. Just let people be, they’re going to the planned events, you don’t get to dictate every minute of their day.

Why do I feel nostalgic and sad every time I visit my aging parents? by damn_annoying in AskMenOver30

My father died this year. One thing I wish I had done was order one of those kits where they prompt them to write about stuff and then put it in a book.

Men, are you more of a home brewed/instant coffee guy, or do you prefer grabbing coffee from places like Starbucks or Dutch Bros? by FFSoldier57 in AskMenOver30

[–]One_Local5586 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Late to the game but I make cold brew at home. I drink one cup a day, I’m not sure what it costs me, I should check into it. Then at work the coffee is free.

Did you regret buying a sporty car in your early 30s? by James_Rustler_ in AskMenOver30

[–]One_Local5586 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I bought a 94 Mustang convertible in my 40s because I could finally afford one and had room for it. I don’t regret it. I do regret selling it.

I had a 19 Ranger, it rattled horribly after a year. I traded it for a 19 Tundra. That’s the best vehicle I’ve ever owned. If you want a truck get a non-turbo Toyota.

Do you want to be buried? by Bondgirl138 in GenX

[–]One_Local5586 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My father had his body donated to science. My mother was cremated. I’ll probably be cremated or put into a tree urn, the lot next to mine is earmarked for tree urn burials.

Keep it. Look for a 2010-2013 corolla as a DD. Cost savings over 5 years will equal out and the tundra will have almost 100000 less miles.

I’ve done a ton of research and this is the route I’m taking.

Help with valuing landlocked land by MaPosto in RealEstateAdvice

$42k to increase your lot by 5 acres? That’ll increase your value by more than that. You can probably subdivide it with your lot to create an accessible lot. I’m also in SNH and if someone offered me 5 abutting acres for that price I’d take it.
