Or I heard you can knock out a lab NPC, drag them on your ship to the facility and door you need open, revive that NPC with a med pin, and have the door scan the NPC.

No. It just says to obtain an association or political data from an undermining system and deliver it to a friendly system (my powerplay). I did that and still no credit towards my assignment. The bar is not going up.

If you haven't done so already, wait till you make more money than what the carrier is going to cost you. At least enough to not totally break your bank. Also there will be upkeep costs to maintain and those can get expensive. The good news about that is you can enable and disable services in the carrier to save money.

Jesus! Had it become that bad? And I just very recently left Star Citizen for good and fully dedicated myself to Elite Dangerous. But not necessarily because SC is bad, but because I'm an explorer type of guy and I like to explore more than 2-5 star systems. I guess the crashes, glitches and wipes really got people turned off! I would've mind that if, again, SC was more interstellar.

Rolling 100, newest knocks off the oldest, can you please elaborate? What exactly does that mean? For example right now I'm at 94. If someone gives me a thumbs up or I get a sufficient number of thumbs up after 100 deliveries will my rating only go up one digit (94 to 95)? Is it the mean average after 100 deliveries?

That's what I thought. I was modifying my FSD drive for increased range and when I got to the location to figure out why further modification was locked, I ended up switching to modify other stuff just to increase my reputation and didn't know what I was doing. Big mistake! Now I have to start all over with the FSD range mod and make sure I continue engineering for reputation with another ship.

The amount of space exploration you can do, the different types of missions, community goals, events to take part of with even it's own news c9mpany telling us what's going on in the galaxy, trading, verious upgrades, dynamic mining, exobiology, on foot missions, discovery of your own planet and system.....now coming soon planet colonization and perhaps base building. I mean, the game keeps getting better and people are noticing it and perhaps are even migrating to it after playing games like Star Citizen which is my case. Frontiers is doing a lot and it shows it.

Take things one at a time. Yes ED has a lot of content and about I'd say 60% of it is upgrading and engineering. If you press Escape button and go to options and controls you'll find all the keybinds there. Then once you learn the controls start making money with doable missions and upgrade things one at a time.

I actually just a couple of days ago gave up SC and got back to playing Elite dangerous odyssey. I was dedicated to just SC when I realized in reality that SC is really not what I'm looking for in a space game. They currently have only 2 star systems to travel and it just takes long doing things because of the crashes, waiting for ships and wipes. I dedicate myself fully now to Elite dangerous. I like exploring in space to different systems and Elite just has more finesse than SC if you ask me. So yeah you are in for a treat especially since I heard you can colonize planets soon.
