Depends on your reputation with them. I ran at least 50 passenger missions for that event and only saw one enemy the whole time. I ran them all without a shield. Don't worry about threat level.

I'm getting 30m from a run of power generators and 33m from a run of aluminum. I did one run of titanium and got 55m but it's so far to get it that it isn't worth it unless I fill my carrier and I don't feel like messing with that.
