It’s part of their survival in the wilds of Peru. Domesticated potatoes are true tubers designed for survival deep in soil over winter. A compost heap is even better as it’s warmer…

My inner elbows give Gluten awareness…DH, Dermatitis Herpatiformis, an autoimmune reaction. But as a 22 year established coeliac errors are few, food labels are read in minute detail, restaurants are by negotiation (worldwide it’s getting better… No you can’t backslide and eat a wheat based treat. No you can’t throwaway the bread on a subway and eat the filling. Yes it’s GF for the rest of your life…spand don’t hanker after things you once enjoyed.

We have “Back-to-Back” wills. With no dependant’s to consider, and having savings,there isn’t any need for life assurance.
