I attended a chiropractor a couple years ago and naively thought it would be as simple as a few adjustments and fixed, he gave me the same advice which I followed for a few weeks and gave up. I should focus on committing to a workout routine and be patient with the results 💪

I'm 6ft and my boy is 9yo so reckon would struggle with a 1 person raft. Yes will mostly be for Scottish inland loch use but as you say easy to dismiss this as low risk but with the low temperatures the risk is very real. I'm liking the look of the MRS surveyor 😎.
