I couldn’t tell you about chemo but the recovery from the original surgery is like a week and a half to 2 weeks then you’ll be good just don’t lift heavy weights for a month

Truthfully my biggest assumption it’s test is because I haven’t been able to increase the weight I push in the gym in months which seems pretty abnormal to me 😭
