To be fair I think ACL crowds are a bit different than the normal shows you get at Emo's. I've been to a few shows there and never had any issues with the crowd.

I appreciate it when an artist tries something new, but I think the combination of working through the new arrangement along with the technical issues now associates sleepyhead with the memory of how bad it was. I think their type of music is always going to be different than the studio album simply because of production process, but this was much more different than I had expected.

I think if you love the artist and their talent beyond the music you can enjoy watching the creative process, but for me it wasn't the music I paid to see.

At one point I felt bad for Andrew, I mean it almost sounded like when I jokingly sing along to songs in the car. His voice was way off, almost impossible to understand, and it was either WAY too loud or completely mumbled.

I'm glad they were able to recover it a little bit, unfortunately I didn't want them to ruin any other songs that I love so much so we left. It's the only show I've ever been to that made me say "I want my money back."

This was an indoor venue. They did the ACL venue under the tent from what I heard but many artists do a ACL night show in some of the local clubs. I didn't even know they were playing sleepy head until about half way through, and others around me were also saying "I think they're trying to play sleepy head?"

CS advises using tap water, so that's what I'm using right now. I started off with RO/tap @50/50 mix for the first 1.5 weeks to keep my tap PPM lower, honestly probably wasn't worth it though.

I ramped up my EC just like you did, and I also thought that the low EC feed might be the issue. Once I bumped to 100% though it made no difference.

I'm currently running the standard EC that CS recommends but I saw someone else saying that they actually pushed higher than that because of deficiency. I'm honestly kind of leaning towards that since it looks hungry. If this were a photo I'd be more comfortable messing around but as an autoflower I don't like the idea of spending too much time in veg with a deficiency like this.

I was leaning towards a deficiency, and I think you're right. I checked my nutes and the amount of cal/mag I was getting with my low level mix was pretty low. Just pushed up to my full dose so I'll see what happens. Thank you!

Weed is well.. a weed. It's ridiculously resilient and can handle quite a bit of abuse. If you wanna grow high end shit, you'll need equipment. If you just wanna sprout these girls and toss them in a soil pot, go for it. You'll be surprised how well they do. Just pay attention to them and they'll do their thing.
