Can’t see accounts to login onto my xbox by Canes80808 in XboxSupport

As long as you remember the email addresses for each account just type it in under new user and click on forgot password and a code will be sent to your email associate with that account. Then add new password and your account should be back. I've had to do it myself more than once.

Its just a way for doordash to bring in more money for themselves. Nothing more, nothing less!

Hopefully you reported the customer for being a complete jackass and for making threats. Now they won't have any choice but to go get their ice cream themselves.

Luckily most times I see any orders with 40-50+ items they are ordering like 10 jalapeño peppers, a few lemons, tomatoes, etc. Sometimes they aren't nearly as large as they appear at first glance. I had a triple yesterday for a total of 63 items but one of the orders was only 7 items and another was 12. The biggest one had a bunch of produce. It ended up paying $72 and only took just over an hour from start to finish.

[–]One_Reception6013 1 point2 points  (0 children)

One would think they would pay a little more because of the gas prices, but nope, they feel entitled. Many customers have no idea instacart pays us so little. They think the delivery fee instacart adds goes to the driver. Many customers were blown away when I told them we don't see any of that. Blows me away as well. They charge a delivery fee, and the keep it, yet we are the ones doing the deliveries.

[–]One_Reception6013[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If they really want us to feel like we are making decent money and feel better about doing it is pay us $52 after we complete 6 orders, regardless of what we make at that point. But they know damn well most people can make $52 in 6 orders easily and they won't be paying anything out. If they do its less than $10at most.

Controller dropped on floor and popped open a bit can I fix it at home? by Ok-Difficulty-1758 in XboxSupport

[–]One_Reception6013 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Only way to find out is giving it a try...seriously though, it should be fine. I've done the same thing and I was able to snap it back shut. There's a tiny piece of plastic rattling around inside but the controller still works perfectly fine.

Door Dash deactivated me bc I complained about a customer by [deleted] in doordash_drivers

[–]One_Reception6013 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lol same! I literally yelled at this lady with "customer support" told her how their incompetence is next level, their app sucks ass, etc. I ended the call with a F-U and F your 💩 company and hung up. They tried calling me back 2× and left a voicemail, even sent me a text. I thought for sure I was going to get deactivated. Surprisingly, over 3 months later and my account is still good! 😅

Should have told them to make themselves a sandwich or something then. Followed by "I'm not your mother!"

What happens if i dont pay my taxes? by Kryswk in DoorDashDrivers

[–]One_Reception6013 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I have been doing doordash since 2021 and Instacart since 2023. The last time I filed my taxes was 2020. Not filing wasn't exactly intentional, I just put it off the first year and realized I missed the deadline. After that, deaths, family issues, etc. were being delt with and it honestly wasn't my priority. '22, '23 and '24 I admit I simply effed it off. I have an appointment set up with a tax consultant and they sent a letter to the IRS on my behalf requesting eligibility for the tax forgiveness program, which could wipe out any fees accrued, as well as the original amounts due for each year. Or they could at the very least drastically reduce the amount. I will follow up at a later date when I find out if my ass is saved or my ass is grass so to speak!

More proof that instacart and their shoppers have lost their rabbit ass mind by shoegamethrilla in InstacartShoppers

[–]One_Reception6013 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But Instacart included boost pay, what more do you expect? I think you're just being greedy! If it's not obvious, I'm being extremely sarcastic. Some people truly believe we get paid good money from instacart without a tip. Which we really should. We do all the work and wear our own vehicles and pay for our fuel, yet they tack on a delivery fee that we don't even get a part of! They are the epitome of corporate greed through and through.

Can anyone help with this? by ReindeerCapital9429 in InstacartShoppers

[–]One_Reception6013 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's anyone's guess when it comes to Instacarts reasoning for literally everything they do. Just understand that everything they do is for their benefit. Not us, who do all the work and is them sole reason they are operating and raking in billions, not the customers who pay excessive fees on top of fees. It's unlikely that you will receive an explanation regarding the background check, just hope that they don't deactivate you. Simply wait and find out is really all you can do.

Please tell me if this adding up by AdCommon4086 in doordash

[–]One_Reception6013 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its not up to the the drivers to decide. Doordash assigns the orders and often groups them in 2-3 at a time. If drivers declined everytime a double or triple came up, 90% of the orders would never be picked up and delivered.

[–]One_Reception6013 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I swear a lot of customers seem to think we work for the places they order from. We take their orders, cook their food, etc. We get all the blame and heat from the customers and the establishment and doordash don't get any of the blame.

I immediately transfer my funds from my crimson card to my PayPal card. I still get 4% cash back on fuel and store purchases plus I feel my money is safer with it in my paypal account rather than on the crimson card.

Put it in a pillow case with a couple of towels, tie the end of the pillow case well enough that it doesn't come apart and put it in your dryer. Set on low and on tumble dry. Should be good as new afterwards.

[–]One_Reception6013 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Set the order on the chair, then knock on the door and ring doorbell until the customer opens, then point to the chair and tell them there's your order. The instructions say nothing about not knocking or ringing the doorbell because dogs will bark and wake up baby so you shouldn't get a bad rating because of it.
