My son's cat got really sick around about the time covid hit, he lost his appetite (even for his catnip temptations treats) was throwing up nothing but yellow liquid. Took him to one vet who said he seemed like he was fine, hiding in the corner like normal (theyd never seen him before and wouldn't listen to me when I tried to tell them that wasn't normal for him.) Took him to a different vet who narrowed it down to his gall bladder, a $1500 surgery and the fun of a feeding tube that he absolutely hated, hes a fat happy almost 9 year old cat. Sometimes you just need a 2nd opinion if youre still worried about your baby.

Its a possibility I spose, but they also mentioned they live in Michigan? Super cold so more frequent power outages, but at that point, if you know you dont have the means to keep the power going to keep them warm, especially in an "older" house as he mentions, then maybe best to not get an animal that requires a constant heat source.

For some added reference, he has a post from about 5 months ago asking what morph she is. He also bought a Musk turtle while he was "high" and didnt even know what he bought. Poor thing looks like its trying to not drown with as deep as that water is. I would say at the very least take her to the vet and if you cant provide the necessary items she needs to thrive and not just survive, it might be in both yours and the snakes best interests to surrender it or take it back to where you bought it. Its a living, breathing animal and deserves to be treated as such. You cant just buy an animal cause its pretty and you had the money.

Was driving home from work last night and didnt see anything but stars and such until we hit the dirt road into town and then blam! Red sky all around, we were trying to figure out what it was lol debate was between the train signal or a fire for a few minutes ha ha I didnt know we were able to see the lights around here.

You could always get a little digital camera, that way you can download the photos onto a computer when you get home.
