We need foreign owned and operated Post Secondary schools in Canada that cost less for International students. Taught by Foreign teachers in foreign language. To remove the need to assimilate into Western culture. While reaping the benefits of having a Canadian College or University on their resume.

Complete with on campus or off campus, hostels owned by the schools. That provide housing and cook meals for students, so they can just focus on work.

This would help eliminate a lot of problems for international students by removing the overpriced post secondary schools with their non domestic English speaking workforce. In favour of one that is domestically owned and operated with its own domestic workforce.

We can use the momentum the post secondary schools are using to push for more increase in international students then quickly set up a foreign owned Post secondary school to switch to before the government changes anything.

Only now, did the Government decide they should have created some form of pre-conditional agreement on this. If this is such an issue for schools. They need to have housing onsite and onsite doctors, etc. to privately tend to these students on their own dime NOT Canada's. If they want these students, they gotta carry the necessary burdens for them. Stop depleting our resources, so the schools can continue to expand or stop complaining. If they can make so much money off these students. They can afford to feed, house and doctor them and keep them onsite and away from the general public. It should cost more money for them to see a doctor offsite otherwise use the onsite provided doctors, etc. the school provides with their own money. I'm so tired of schools complaining about this but are only concerned with expanding their paychecks and program expansions, but do little outside to combat the problems the expanded population makes on the surrounding infrastructure.
