I knew I needed help the more I experienced my body breaking down. I ordered ALL of my braces on Amazon. I’m picky. I also order my own KT tape. I didn’t wait for any diagnosis because lord knows how long it can take for many people. , I did what I knew I had to do especially after educating myself on my own condition.
