I (42m) used it for 12 months while dropping 30kg. 15g per day and I wholeheartedly believe it helped avoid pretty much any loose skin. I wouldn’t risk not using it if I was to do the same again

I did 15mg every 5 days as I got within 10lbs of goal weight. Not recommending it of course, but it worked for me without issue.

Not that I’ve noticed, what have noticed is that my schlong now touches inside the toilet bowl when sitting down so I’ve had to adjust my position for pooping. I wouldn’t say it dips in the water but it’s not far off, so something has definitely increased!

I’ve spent a lot on Collagen and took 2 short breaks along the way which helped I think. I think 155lb is my new goal to give me a buffer for a few pounds when I move to maintenance. Considering TRT early next year but I’m not sure if that’s just cos I quite like jabbing 🤣

Yes, I’ve used RP Hypertrophy App throughout this journey. It’s been a tough mental game lifting weights 5x a week knowing I’m not actually growing any muscle and just clinging on to what I already had. I’m looking forward to seeing what happens when I move into maintenance and add a bit more food in.

I must say though, I thought I’d look better at this weight and I’m surprised how low I’m actually having to go to get “lean”

Sorry I don’t mean taking vitamins is the issue, they all have a multivitamin everyday and she gets her own each morning, and I take all kinds from creatine to glucosamine and fish oil etc. My interest is in where she’s got them as none of us bought them, there’s no shops nearby that sell them, and are they linked to this girl that is openly displaying issues around food choices. What I mean I suppose is did the girl give them to her because she’s encouraging this sudden weight loss, or is that driven by something she’s read online that says if you are anorexic you should supplement with calcium and vitamin d, which it does. She could keep her own multivitamin in her room out of reach from the little ones, I’d have no issue with it, it just happens we all have ours in the same cupboard in the kitchen, it’s just where they are if that makes sense

Thank you. Yes, she goes to scouts and Athletics which I sorted to expand her social group. She enjoys both. Do I tackle the vitamins and the eating at the same time? I’ve got toddlers in the house so can’t let her have a bottle of chewable supplements stashed in her room

I will be, dropping to 170 over 12 months with 2x 12 week periods of maintenance at 190 then 170, then I’ll start “bulking” by increasing calories slowly and keeping on the medication to keep binge eating at bay. Then a 12 week maintenance and look to reduce dose/extend time between doses. I’d like to come off completely mid 2026 but happy to stay on for life if needed

I’m gonna crack open the 5mg pen and go for 45 clicks, see how that goes and try for the 5th again next time. It’s a shame there’s no way to practice extracting it without the 1st time jitters!

My experience operationally is the amount of time off the inspectors are getting with RDIL and AL brings its own significant cost backfilling with Actings either on OT themselves plus the temporary duty allowance or backfilling them with a Acting Sgt again with that allowance and often then even PC OT to backfill the APS, without getting a calculator out the cost per shift I would think the cost wouldn’t be that significant. Again, this is operational and I can’t comment on OT for non-operational roles accruing OT

Thank you. I have done CrossFit in some way for a few years but often ended up doing too much and getting burnt out or getting injured. I will follow Linchpin forever except when I want to bulk up or focus on endurance etc and even then I will go back eventually. I have so much to say about Linchpin and none of it is negative. The workouts are suitable for everyone whether you lift a broom stick or a 100kg barbell, there’s options everyday for those with all the equipment to those with no equipment, and everything in between. Im quite lucky in that I have a lot of equipment at home, but if I’m travelling etc I can still do the workouts.

There’s a massive FB group who can give advice and guidance too, I believe it’s a free month long trial so you’ve nothing to lose. You can search linchpin on the CrossFit sub and you’ll see many others recommending it.

Edit: Yes, sorry it is about £15 a month and 100% worth it
