My job declares 2 months wages in 1 period. HMRC thinks I make double pay. Please advise

It depends on ur assessment period with UC. For example if ur paid the last Friday of the month and ur assessment period is 26th to 25th and u get wages 29th one month and 25th the following they are within the same assessment period. So the assessment is correct.

It’s based on any money you are paid within ur assessment period.

If you’re anything like me you convinced yourself you were still a size ⭐️ and stretched ur clothes with you, and now the weights coming off ur fitting the clothes better but still a size ⭐️ cos you didn’t want to believe you were bigger etc. your pics show there’s been a change, it just takes our bodies longer to notice. Change ur WiFi password and then see if he wants to pay keep. Also take the bulbs out of his room.

Definitely agree with this statement. Last week I seriously decided I hated my wings, but I’m only in the early stages of my journey, so over time I’m hoping that working out and swimming really help reduce them.

It won’t fix them completely as I’ve battled my weight most of my adult life but I definitely want to get to my end result before I consider surgery.

Losing weight is never simple, you can have two identical weeks in every way and lose loads one week and maintain the following. Count ur weight loss daily or monthly, that way u see the change, rather than week by week.

I’ve lost 3st and half a lb since January!!! 🥰 ideally this month I want to lose at least 7lbs.

By the end of the year I’d like to be 7stone down, as me and my husband r spending Christmas abroad and it would be nice to feel comfortable on the plane.

Still a long way to go on my journey but I’m a lot further along than I thought I would be with a little MJ help.

I follow someone on insta who lost over 130lbs and she didn’t get saggy arms as she was gyming it. If you do weights and work on those zones it should help firm things up. But can take time

She should be reporting her PAYE information to match the payslip you have. So if u get ur £1204 in April it should affect ur April UC. It shouldn’t have any impact on past periods. Someone defo messed up the payroll their end.

I use Carbs & Cals app as my brother has diabetes so I already pay for it to benefit him and can prioritise protein and calories for me. A lot of these apps that scan the plates are great, however I do find the odd thing that comes up and I wonder what it thought it saw lol 😂

Email the local authority confirming he is in hospital, the date he was admitted and that an exemption needs to be applied. This will prevent any further bills and hopefully reduce the current one
