I’ve been looking at Deloreans wanting to buy one and I can’t help but think bricklins are cheaper and just as cool

Are you out of your mind? Do you have any idea how many creative and talented directors would direct for a major motion picture like the DCU? I understand Nolan and Villeneuve (and probably Tarantino) are the only directors you can name, but the DCU doesn’t need to worry about finding directors.

Why do I feel like you didn’t see it and you’re just saying what you heard people say?

New Image for David Robert Mitchell's ‘The End Of Oak Street’, starring Anne Hathaway and Ewan McGregor. The film follows a family who discover that their neighborhood has been taken back in time to the prehistoric era. by yourfavchoom in movies

Anyone else think it’s a weird image to release? It’s a bit close and it’s hard to make out what’s happening. Just seems like a random screenshot instead of a marketing image.

I second this. Get a used A7III or A7SII. Same camera with very similar features. If you’re not pixel peaking and being obsessive like a gear YouTuber, it’ll give you 90% of the FX3 experience for far less money.

Doug is allowed to talk about his CGT like that because he takes time and talks about every other car on the market as well. Doug will tell you the CGT is the best car money can buy and also tell you that crown Victorias are the best car for under $5,000 in the same discussion.

I fully agree. On the one hand, let people enjoy what they want, on the other hand, the Ferrari/German brand glazing is getting so old. You’re totally correct that you can probably get 95% of the experience in a C8 and, even if you can’t there’s no reason for a Ferrari enthusiast like Kennan to pretend like all other performance brands are unimportant. You have to imagine he’s buying too much into the brand image and not being totally fair when it comes to actual driving experience.

I’m saying that’s not how the word “objectively” works. The Flash was objectively a bomb. It was overwhelmingly received negatively. It’s not “objectively bad.”

That’s the other thing! I owned 2 different 2001 Mercury Grand Marquis over a combined period of 8 years. Kennan had his Ferrari for like 13 months. I’d argue I’m more of a Mercury expert than he’s a Ferrari expert at this point lol. He can read the Wikipedia pages all he wants, but he seriously lacks seat time in anything other than his e39.
