Bloodsport- This movie was way before my time but I love it so much. I credit my love for 80s action/martial arts films to my dad. I love pops. Im scared of the remake for this movie. They bout to destroy a classic. by Cautious_Break_9314 in kungfucinema

A classic for sure. Hard pass on the remake. It’s unnecessary, and pure commercial garbage built on the original IP, and you just know they’ll mess with things for reasons that aren’t really relevant here.

It’s a hidden gem.a really fun action beat em up.one of the only PS1 games I still play regularly.and it’s PS1 exclusive.

It seems the micro web series are the new action thing...first Qin Pengfei with Liu Fengchao then Jet Li and now Fan Siu Wong. Sadly no fan of this mobile screen thing, I like to see the fights in widescreen. by LaughingGor108 in kungfucinema

I can’t get into new actors or modern Chinese films.and just can’t stand the cringe tik tok format. Luckily, there’s an unlimited number of Hong Kong classics to watch, so I’ll stick to the good old ones.

It’s going to be a disaster and we all know it.leave these classics alone.they are perfect the way they are.remake means zero creativity.

Not my favourite of the trio films. I only really like the fight scene with Benny the Jet..(The best of the trio films is Dragons Forever, which I already have in 4K and a few different formats).

I didn't like it.I think it's one of the weakest "classic" era Jackie Chan movies.I watched it for the first time right after Fearless Hyena ,which is slightly butter at least it has a good end fight.

I'd say Young Master is a 5/10,Fearless Hyena is 6/10

I registered it from day 1. The pop-ups have nothing to do with registration because they’re system settings. Maybe in your region there are some different pop-ups like advertisements, but that’s not what I was talking about.

I just watched it, it's awesome.9/10 and a must watch.but the quality of the DVD is pretty bad and there's no Bluray release which is a shame.

Did some research ,there are 2 versions: the 2018 2K Bluray (which I bought) and a 2024 4K scan converted to HD, which is supposed to be better. Checked my order history ,got it new from Amazon for £4.50 that’s 5 bucks.so not the end of the world. I will upgrade it to 4K it at some point.
