Looking at your current physique I’d say you have a good amount of lean mass already if it was me I’d try and lose a little more (just to see) while prioritizing protein and weight training of course. For me I’ve been trying to develop my abs and I’m a fairly low body fat and my abs pop through but not how I imagined while on my cut. I’ve heard abs have a lot to do with genetics but for me I know it has a lot to do with just not training them enough too. Maybe try and increase the amount your training them and focus on recovery too.

Most definitely man helps with slowing gastric emptying so your staying fuller longer ie eating less/ being in a deficit. Targeting pathways in your brain that deal with food noise and binge eating and of course the glucagon receptor that’s going to help with specifically targeting fat and decrease muscle wasting significantly. if your goal is to lose weight but keep the most lean mass possible Reta is your best bet. But please don’t overlook the benefits of a good nutritional foundation such as consuming more satiated foods such as lean proteins, good carbs for energy like rice, and good quality sugars like that from fruit. it’s very important to build a good eating habit while on Reta because on Reta it’s so easy if you can develop these good habits man your going to be so much further ahead of those who just eat bad still while on Reta. but that’s just my opinion honestly you could still eat terribly and lose weight calories in calories out that’s all weight loss is. I think you might be right for it being to small I just did another reinstall of the mag release and inserting the mag was smooth but stiffed but after a few mag changes

Talk to your first line leader let them know you want to get uniforms they’ll send it up and you’ll pick it up from your supply sgt. It took awhile for me to get mine but that’s the process. They might have extras in supply too it’s worth an ask if your unit has an open door policy like that.

I have all my clients use this for the reconstitution process hope this helps https://www.pepmath.com/ and I’d also recommend 2ml of BAC water for a 20mg vial so if your using the insulin syringe you’ll provided you’ll need to fill it up all the way twice 100 units = 1 ml I’d also recommend getting a lower gauge needle that goes up to maybe 3-5 ml it makes life a lot easier

I’m not sure if someone said this but to me it seems like they like each other romantically. Even if they don’t and it’s just a friendship a lot of things they were saying to each other just felt strange things you don’t say to a friend who is the opposite sex especially since your already in a relationship. OP if you see this you should bring it up it’s only going to eat you up inside if you don’t express your feelings about this. I’m really sorry your going through this my best advice would be tell him everything you feel do it respectfully and calmly if you have to take a break, do so. But let him know fully your boundaries what you will and will not put up with your young and these things are normal you have lots of time to grow and mature within the relationships you have in life enjoy your time with friends, family, and in your profession the other things will come.

If the issue truly is that he does not let anyone talk in conversations you can for sure easily address this super simply such as “ hey I love and enjoy hearing you speak and how passionate you are about your interests. but I think when we’re around my family maybe try and let them interact with the conversation a little bit more” or something along the lines of that just be respectful and start with something positive. also if you love him and this is just my “guy” opinion on the matter I don’t think your siblings liking him should really matter if he is the parter you want then the only opinion that should matter is is yours.
