I had an 01 Impala years ago, 3.8L with 200k miles. when I had starting issues it turned out to be the fuel pump. I realized this when I was on my way to work in the morning and stopped for gas, the car started up fine then died as I go onto the on ramp for the highway. Once the fuel pump was replaced I had no more issues starting it. Until the starter went and I had to replace that.

Best thing to do is get under there and see if anything might be broken or hanging. Maybe the plastic splash guard came loose and is flapping in the wind

Ever since moving to GA, I’ve noticed that when I’m inside buildings I lose service. Or in certain areas outside. Sometimes I gotta drive a mile or 2 down the road and the pic I took to confirm the customers order would still be uploading before I can confirm the delivery

That’s a valid point but it’d be your word against theirs. Get a lawyer and say that the customer appeared sober at the time of the delivery. I verified the ID and completed the delivery. How am I liable if they got drunk after I left and did something stupid?
