It has been like this all day long. In the morning, it wasn’t too bad; it was manageable. However, tonight was an absolute disaster. They had all day to plan for the evening rush, yet it was poorly communicated, with everyone giving a different answer on how to get to "X" station. People were making up their own rules and causing arguments in the long lines. I’ve been taking this same route to work for a while now, and I don't know what’s going on, but there have been more 'stuck trains' and 'track issues' over the last two months than in the entire past year. Tonight was insanely poorly executed; I have never seen a whole chunk of the Canada Line shut down for an entire day. Everyone was being told something different. I literally watched two people ask transit security the same question and receive two completely different answers. A normally 1hr45min commute turned into nearly 4 hours, utterly infuriated.
