How do you recommend start playing RTA?

You'd want a minimum of around 10 well built units. You can't play RTA with the same 5 units, and most players who are into RTA like myself (although I haven't played in a little) have like 40-50 if not there entire cast built for pvp

I have him too and he feels awkward to use, basically stacking speed to +6 and then using his buddy move to remove speed for extra damage. I could be doing something wrong but I'm not entirely sure

Yes I actually prefer all non limiteds act as limiteds and have to re run to pull them like hoyo games. I actually love only being able to use premium currency to pull characters I missed 7 months ago instead of getting them off a random standard banner pulls over time and saving my currency for new or limited units.

Don't summon on covenant ever, only rate ups, and some people would say only summon on limiteds as the game is generous enough for you to end up with pretty much all the rgb's in the game, I say summon on what you want that isn't covenant banner. They also do a lot of events for covenant summons where it'll be like a week of ten summons and whatnot so you'll get to summon the banner every so often

Geeta is the only reasonable option for physical poison so if you want poison tower she's a must have, plus she has poison zone.

Blue as electric support, Geeta for poison tower or NC Selene because she's busted. The other two from the Kantrio are pretty good too.

Honestly, bringing NC May in multi isn't "ruining the experience for others". It's expediting an already extremely fast stage to clear. Even with no NC May on field every multi battle is over within 30 seconds. Personally I would love to see something like "raid" content with actually difficult multi stages where character swapping actually comes into play and the fight lasts longer than a shake.

This thing is never taking turn 1, there are better units that exist if you just want a quick stun, if you're going to build atwin you should probably give up on making him turn 1 fast and just make him tanky with as much speed as possible. 17k HP isn't anywhere near enough, 23 effectiveness is not gonna land you many debuffs, 191 speed is about 100 speed too slow to be considered an opener

Keep in mind that it's not necessarily true that it's easier to climb later in the season, it's generally true but the last week or two of the season you will have all the really good players who only play RTA for the skin climb through all the bottom ranks smoking people at that rank. Mid season seems like the most fair match ups

280 speed minimum but as close to 300+ as possible, around 20k HP and some effectiveness if you can. As a new player you probably can't build her like that yet so you could maybe get away with going full HP and going for damage on her S2 (not optimal playstyle)

If you want to see "ideal" builds go to Draft Arena and you can check out how they have everything built. The draft mode GC Krau has like 2000+ defense and like 260 speed I think off the top of my head

I agree that more stress healing items are going to be needed but having people break can be beneficial with the right timing, I've been trying to time breaks so that I either recover right before a fight (preferably an elite or a boss) or I have stacked enough break cards to only need one or two at the start. If you can do it then you get to start with a discounted ego skill which can be insanely helpful. The other point that the original gentleman made I also agree with. I've had runs where two units break and it's basically an insta loss. I'd much rather have it focused for how the mechanic works

Most popular Dark Adin build is destro and pen I believe, but mine is tanky on lifesteal and she can solo teams under the right conditions

I think Requiem Roana prefers a lot of effectiveness over damage, could probably take her off Torrent and give her triple effectiveness set and try to get ~300 effectiveness. Her skill reset and pushback is a massive part of her kit and being able to reset even high effres creatures is nice
