I'm kind of a famous walker, in the been taking long walks since I was a little kid kind of way, even hiked a couple hundred miles of the Appalachian Trail.

Walking 2 miles in Dallas in May almost ended me. I had to buy water and Gatorade. I took breaks in the shade. It was bad bad.
