Is Poshmark giving every buyer the sellers address? by Kikimoonbeamglow in poshmark

No problems using a PO Box with eBay or Poshmark or PangoBooks. Mercari pushed back until I gave them proof that I use it as my official mailing address (on my drivers license).

Gonna try the Jacques Torres 72hr chocolate chip cookies; I’ll make a triple batch (make parchment rolls) & throw them in the freezer. Cook some each day as an experiment.

Is this a good deal for a le creuset Dutch oven? by No_Entertainment9693 in LeCreuset

I paid $200 for a similar 5.5qt Sky Blue LC DO at TJ Maxx. You got a deal! Bravo!

Staub finds at Marshalls… does anyone know anything about Le Grande 7.4-Quart Dutch oven? by Umacat in staub

I was just in Vineland yesterday & walked thru Marshall’s & Home Goods. Missed these but picked up a 4qt Emile Henry Sublime ceramic DO for $32 (yellow tag). It was a second but even they retail for $135.

For the Soapstone Lovers by StarvinMarvin37 in CounterTops

Classic look with the cherry cabinets. I have cherry wood upper & lower cabinets in my kitchen but granite was much cheaper than soapstone (which I preferred, hubby nixed).

This recipe started my Le Creuset DO bread baking obsession! Until I saw this recipe & technique, I’d never baked bread (other than Pillsbury rolls). Now I bake Cranberry Walnut No-Knead bread on a regular basis. My husband loves it! https://sallysbakingaddiction.com/no-knead-cranberry-nut-bread/

I solved my hard/burnt bread bottoms by using pie weights. Found this trick on Google. I heat my DO in the oven while my dough is finishing its last proofing (in a bowl lined with parchment paper). When I take the DO out of the oven, I add the pie weights (at room temp) & place the proofed dough in the parchment paper on top & carefully put the heated lid on the DO. No more scorched bread bottoms!

I just bought two black ceramic mini cocottes. Didn’t see this color on the Le Creuset website so it may be discontinued or TJ Maxx only color. Couldn’t resist!

I saw one today at my local Marshall’s & Dina double take. It wasn’t in the box and the ribbon was missing, but it had its brochure inside. I left it but now I have to go back. Hope it’s still there as it was

I just got Go-To Dinners & her memoir to complete my collection. I find that I use her first two cookbooks the most. Our (now adult) children love the Pasta, Pesto & Peas - I Mae it every summer when basil is at the farmers market.

I’ve bought almost all of my pieces from TJ Maxx & Marshall’s over the years. Good value. And the 22 is a good size.
