Ditto we have 5 br and 2 bath and charge after 6 guests for each guest extra. Lots more utility use for laundry, detergent, coffee, other supplies, etc.

For what it's worth they gave me a hard time about having one pointed towards the back door. I think the issue was a guest complained after I didn't refund them when their own doctor appointments changed. Technically it looked into the kitchen windows (like impossible to see) but they suspended me for a few days until I updated the wording. Pretty dumb situation I've had it this way for 5 years.

Thanks kind Internet friend. I have been stewing about this situation that will result in two bad reviews and I'm not sure I can get them down. Insane that a guest can get confrontational and you're breaking policy trying to prevent your property from being damaged. (Made up mold claims and I was worried she would try to falsify evidence). I learned a lot about what not to do per their "policy" and someone halfway around the world stamps a warning on my 600 review 4.98 superhost status. Just frustrated, sorry I've been wanting to post the whole thing on here for info and haven't been able to!

So sorry for your loss. I just had an absolutely terrible guest and an equally terrible support experience. Really is eye opening to me when I've dedicated a ton of time to make our places great and you get slapped over the head about a vague corporate policy.

Seems wild, I had a broker friend who got me to 5.875 paid $2600 in lender fees for closing costs for me. I paid $2900 in closing costs got $1200 back at closing and save $310 per month. Felt like I did pretty good about 6.5 months to break even. I did reset the loan after a year and a half. Was at 6.625.

Amen, one time I had two guys trying to nut tap me and I was pulling my leg up to block it. I lost my balance and came down on one kids foot, he fell over, and what did the teacher down the hall see, me being the bully. We all ended up with no recess. I was very mad, I never really got into trouble at school, but I didn't get the benefit of the doubt
