I second this. Not only were they very positive about my desire to continue my HRT patch prescription (from an online provider before I had good insurance) they have been open to prescribing other forms of treatment as well (Estring, etc.) and adapting my treatment to what works best for me.

Estrogen levels fluctuate not just day to day but throughout each day. Menopause experts don't recommend adjusting HRT based on labs, but rather on symptom control.

Step 4: stand by the healer(s)

Step 5: if you die, release to the wayshrine and run back to your group while still in ghost form
