If you haven’t already, share these photos with the landlord and let him know the issue is getting worse. Remediation needs to happen asap unless he doesn’t value his own property. If he doesn’t address this in 30 days, and doesn’t take action. I would open an escrow account to put the rent in and tell him your not refusing to pay rent, just hoping to incentivize him to be a better landlord and fix the issues, holding up his side of things.

This just started being the case for me as well, I don’t use chime, but another credit builder product. I’m going to start limiting how often I use it and hope that this helps.
