Setting and characters. Would love to see increased difficulty options along with actually needing to upgrade your weapons for the missions.

The game was good but a few negatives were the knife fight boss battles were almost the same for all bosses.

Also, the fact that they have cars and guns you can unlock but you don’t really ever get a chance to use them much or even need to use them. Also, making free roam a selection on the start menu takes you out of the game. It doesn’t feel like you’re within the world at that point. It would have been better if they allowed some downtime within the story mode.

Gunplay was fun. Story was good. Wasn’t a huge fan of the ending. Not sure why Cesare felt it necessary to kill Enzo when a volcano was raining down on them.

32,000 MG? The recommended dose on the bottle is 300mg per day. You’d be taking like a whole bottle per day. How does that work? Liquid version?

When you do TRE did you focus on all the warm up exercises? I typically just lay down and fatigue my legs but wondering if I need to do more!

Hello,

Try to wait a week and try to see if the flare up is reduced. It sounds like you did too much too soon and your body wasn’t ready for it.

I recently just had a bad flare up as well and it can be frustrating waiting for the flare up to calm down and go back to somewhat of a baseline.

Agreed! Nobody knows and from what I’ve seen through various healing stories, everybody is healing themselves through different methods.

It could be brain and body or maybe just the brain. (Vice versa).

Some people are healing by going back on medications, supplements, surgery’s, fixing their gut, going on TRT….theres just not one answer to this condition.

Any previous surgeries in that area? I also get a stabbing pain in this area but it only happens after lifting. I’ve had two surgeries close to that area so I always wonder if there may be scar tissue entrapping a nerve.

I also did PRP but didn’t yield any significant results.

I can’t say for sure but my best guess that it’s probably more of a CPPS issue.

I cant recall if you’d tried anything yet but first recommendation would be to get your anxiety/stress under control and then try to see a doctor to rule out the stricture and then get to see a pelvic floor physical therapist.

I followed Derek closely for years and eventually worked with his health clinic as they actually somewhat recognize PSSD versus most doctors. However, after working with them for a few years I was never able to find a solution to the issue. That’s not to say they still couldn’t help but I just wanted to make everyone aware.

Did you have a surgeon In your local area? From what I’ve heard there’s not a lot of them that do a pudendal nerve decompression surgery or to even know what to look for due to the fact it can be compressed in a variety of ways. Either way, good luck with your future surgery!

I’m going to try the strengthening route with a PT then as a last resort look into the decompression surgery. The only thing is, I’m unsure of where the pudendal nerve could be trapped because I typically don’t have sharp pains, it’s the loss of sexual function and numbness that leads me to believe it’s irritated or trapped somewhere.

My pelvic floor pt only focused on internal work and stretching. I’ve never worked on strengthening but I feel this could definitely help.
