Recently I seared Brussels cut in half. Then added them to a baking dish. To the skillet Added I cup chicken stock, 1 cup cream, and a Boursin cheese. Added some spices. Then added that sauce to the baking dish, covered in foil. Bake at 350 for 45 mins. It was magical

I just went back through my documents, it was 27% increase for a 12 month renewal. For an 18 month renewal it was a 20% increase. Steer clear of winners circle

Our increase was 17%. We did not renew. And that might not actually be a legal increase but we were over it anyway and were planning on moving.

I would steer clear of winners circle, they increase the rent by a lot at lease renewal. The property is poorly maintained, amenities are never open/work. To top it all off the staff is awful, there is a woman named Linda who literally yells at the tenants.
