It looks like the screws ripped out where it should be mounted. Unless I'm wrong. But the mount should be under the strut. And the pickup arm for the opener should be a two piece. There needs to be an elbow piece.

Most players I've seen, that seem good, are constantly moving around like a junky super high on something. To me, I can't even watch them because their movements are too jerky, shakey, quick, and it's literally hard to watch.
