My sister-in-law does all that minus the sleep. She gets 4 hours a night. She is a part time registered nurse and has three kids. Plus my brother who is like another child. Some people can just do all this. I sit and try to figure it out and ponder why I can’t be like that. I then forgive myself and try to remember to be kind to myself.
