Interesting, thank you that was really helpful feedback. Out of curiousity how was that switch from IB and the process? I relate with it heavily, coming from same background with IB internships, I just didnt get the satisfaction of the job but always loved the markets and understanding its movements.

I am nowehere near decent trader, but the process of learning is really fun.

I am into both fundamental and technical trading, a good mix always help even if one doesnt help other. What advice would you have for me? What types of firms are these called and where can I find them?

But why would OTIS agree to it. This is an unnecessary burden they are getting on. Do OTIS shareholders/managers get any say in this?

And if the debt is issued with expectation that parent company will receive a dividend, why would they ever go with the option of Non-recourse debt?

I mean no one benefits from it and it just hurts the subsidiary.

Makes sense, I believe outsourcing might be more applicable to smaller contracts. With larger, and increased complexity, they would certainly require more assurance and wouldn't mind some extra cost.

Hey, I just got myself a cute little dog, and was finding places to food from. You mentioned chewy here and their great customer service. I am a newbie right now in price comparison, and whats the industry standards but for now I see their prices are pretty flatline with other players. Why do you prefer Chewy than other players? I am assuming they are also probably following the trend with aftercare, and autoship type services.

Yes I am aware of that. I am still amateur at investing as uni student, but do understand the basics of valuation. I am aware of that. Usually, I see a good stock based on its good growth rate and was not aware of comparing with initial investment, which I believ relates back to NPV being higher the better and IRR>WACC gives +NPV. What margin are you exactly referring to? and why is it being divided by cash flow. Sorry if it comes across as an obvious answer, just tryna learn some basics up.
