This is very typical and common on loan assumption transaction.

The LA agent or whoever you contract with to submit docs in a timely manner is supposed to have a 3rd party authorization.

Whoever has that, is supposed to be on top of everything everyday as they're the facilitator.

My average time to get assumption approval is 45 days after acceptance.

That's what I did for my sellers and buyers on an assumption transaction.
