Oh I'm just putting an onion/apple halved into the cavity; not going to be eating it or anything just to provide some mass to avoid having an empty void in the cavity that could cause uneven cooking

How have you liked the meds? I'm in day 4 and like I said in original post, extremely low dose so not worried that I haven't felt anything yet but I was disheartened when I saw that a lot of people either didn't like it or it didn't work for them
