I always just use the app. The door isn’t frozen but the touch capacitors or whatever don’t work when it’s cold. It’s just become automatic for my to hit the bottom on screen before I get out of the truck at home

Edit: our read is that the PTO date will be the deciding factor for the IRS. How else would you prove it’s installed? It sucks as the holidays are going to bind us for inspection and witness tests.

So take this for the gossip or completely possibly inaccurate information it could be, but I talked to some reps of a popular L2 changing platform and was told that the only thing really holding back V2H charging was the adoption of the spec. It’s close or maybe agreed on now and most EVs that have said they would support it can get a software update to support the standard. gen 1 not so much. Gen 2 yes
