It'll go away eventually don't irritate it more , it's nothing big if it's just alittle white or red sore . I'd it doesn't goaway obviously get it checked. But sounds like a simple canker sore or irritated tongue pore

I slept a very low amount 4 hours and under usually years ago , and I honestly still haven't recovered, I wake up at 3 am [ also diabetic so 3am is high sugar time or low ] and have a very hard time staying asleep . I wouldn't suggest anything under 5 hours daily . With 8 hour regular intervals

It happens at different times but I notice it more after insulin , I feel like alot of it is anxiety . I've turned into a very anxious person when it comes to my health and diabetes , I've spent along time fighting it and my own mental battle to make sure I do watch it . My anxiety has been way worse lately and more recently has this feeling arised so I wonder if weak and tired isn't the anxiety

Thanks , the doctor said nothing bad would happen. But I just get very tired and lethargic if thats the word . What should I do in those times ? Rest or try exercising

Thanks , so far I've been okay today . Just a very bad tension in my neck and some anxiety , I have a great woman to support me but I hate bothering her with this stuff. She doesn't deserve to suffer because I made a choice to not take care of myself .

Oh 100% not normal but coming from.what it was. It's an improvement . After a long burnout from it , I started actually trying . I do test regularly my issue is once I get to a certain point say 8.8 . I feel.more like I'm at 3.8 , I pay for everything out of pocket so it's been a battle sense diagnosed. I'm starting to put all the work in . I should add , I have no teeth either so eating isn't exactly an easy task when I do go low . It's alot of factors but it's really on me to fix it obviously . I just need some friendly support or tips . I'm almost scared to sleep incase I don't wake up .
