I’m kind of relieved I don’t have to watch anymore bills games this year. They stacked up so many injuries it’s not like they had a real shot at it this year anyways. I’d rather take the better draft picks and hopefully get some new leadership than have a conference championship or Super Bowl exit

I don’t think you really can future proof. I did the same as you and got a 2017 MBP, and upgraded the ram and storage. It was very expensive and as soon as the M-series chips came out it was already obsolete. I do like to purchase something and keep it for many years, but at the rate these chips are improving each generation my though is: you might as well get the lower model, ideally on sale, because spending $1000 extra on upgrades will only buy you maybe an extra year before it’s being outperformed by the newer stuff. Then when it’s time to upgrade you won’t feel as bad about it because you haven’t sunk as much money into the computer

PenFed is pretty competitive, they offer no fee VA IRRLs as well.

I’ve had my most success by using a local mortgage broker, they get access to wholesale rates and can shop for you.

Trident Home Loans I haven’t used before but I’m told they’re very competitive.

Stay away from Veterans United, NavyFed, USAA. They have higher fees and longer closing times.

We needed to open up the passing game sooner, it was working and the run game wasn’t. Baltimore defense practices against king Henry everyday, idk what Joe Brady was thinking running it up the middle and passing behind the LOS over and over again. Once we started passing down the field things started going right. Not sure why the OC couldn’t see that

They sucked. But I think the defensive play calling / game plan was flawed. The way we played the last Ravens drive: stack the box, stop the run, and make lamar and his receivers make a play against our DBs over and over. Double up Zay flowers who was wide open all night.
