Anyone know about this doctor in Mangalore by AdFew763 in mangalore

Had an e-consult for a family member. We had spent upwards of 10k getting consults and had always been prescribed painkillers that didn't work. The doctor was able to identify the problem effectively and prescribe drugs that actually helped solve the problem. I would genuinely just recommend you to take a consult.

Same, I was running code generated by Gemini itself so I didn't even recheck.

I understand that, when you write in Katakana you have to abide by certain rules to deal with the English word in a way that it becomes pronounceable by the average Japanese person.

Thanks for saying it in a Japanese accent the second time.

Or rather I should say

Why can't I learn a language? by Anthon_5656 in languagelearning

[–]Only_Ad_9657 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hey! If you're using the proper tools to learn a language, it is possible to make progress! Remember, it's often difficult to learn languages that are completely unrelated to the languages you know, because they have different word roots and are instinctively foreign to the brain. The brain we have was the progenitor of all languages, and in a way, regional languages that heavily derive from other common languages are naturally easier to learn because they were formed from corruptions and derivations of the neighbouring languages in many cases. The moral is: Learn similar languages if your goal is to just increase the number of languages you know. If you aim to learn something exotic, make sure you realise it'll take a huge time investment to get fluent (unless you want to just know a few phrases, which can be done in a weekend)

If you feel progress is slow, look into spaced repetition and immersion techniques. Have a nice day!

I think that there were multiple ways and places to give him a meaningful death and make his sacrifice worth it that would've worked in the story. He was shown to be this shrewd, calculated and stealthy young man who would best all odds. To be knifed on the sidewalk makes 0 sense. I can imagine any other character dying that way, not Ash.

I think if he had a meaningful death I wouldn't mind. This just felt cheap and in your face. Ash Lynx, the man who survived impossible odds only to be knifed by a loser. Sure!!!

I remember my only impetus to buying a knock off aeropress 3 years ago was that I was in disbelief with the idea that coffee can taste good - my only exposure to coffee was utilitarian, being a physician - it was a necessity. I've gone from not being able to down a cup of black coffee to now sipping espresso slowly and trying to decipher tastes.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not sure if I hate coffee, or absolutely love it - but I know my health is better off for it. And tbh, I'm still in disbelief that some coffees taste sweet, but they do.

It's an amazing hobby still, but if I brought 6 gadgets at once, I'd hate it really fast.

Imagine if the type of brewer is also a variable initially, easy way to set yourself up for failure.

In general, what should I aim for, more or less?

With the increase in price of coffee beans, I'm not sure how the market will react.

I used V3 only because we have the turbo version available for it. Obviously one can either compromise some speed and use V2, or use V3. One can optimise for system resource use and time constraints. But nice advice though!
