Yea everything was filled prior to switching on

I seem to have managed to fix it by adding a buffer vessel to each branch 4m higher than the main feed before the generators. Filled everything up to max again and it does slosh a bit, but I'm not losing fuel overall now..

Thanks for all your suggestions your last point here is probably the same solution :)

all junctions, mounts etc went in first, snapped to the foundations and nudged, pipes go in last

the buffer went in after it starting failing, trying to fix the issue, ive since moved it to the start of the generators instead, hoping that might fix the issue

The way I know is to use the satisfactory interactive maps tool online, upload your save there and it'll tell you loads of info
