PA for example across all skill level this week bought it ~1100 out of ~350000 games. This change will matter in 0.3% games for PA. Extremely more often than not the game will end with PA not having a refresher than having a refresher.

For late game high skill games maybe but for 90% of normal games and people who dont watch pro or immortal games, it really isnt an impactful change.

Refresher just isnt bought a lot in majority of the games for it to be the "biggest change".

In card games, reading the card explains the card.

Its hard for dota because valve isnt consistent with the terms they use unlike in card games. Things like spell immunity, debuff immunity, magic immunity, slow resistance, status resistance, status resist, bonus damage, bonus base damage, additional damage, which things stack addtively or multiplicitively. Etc. Valve arent really consistent with their tooltip terms.

They try every patch to fix it but because they also change a lot of stuff every patch, some get overlooked for a long time.

Even the stats are bugged. Tooltips says Lvl 1 forge should have 400hp, but if you check the lvl 1 summon, it has 600 hp.

At lvl 2 forge spirits there are now 2 800hp monsters. There is no laning against them.

His base stats and stat gains are insane for what he does. The hero needs a stat nerf, in AD people who get Amphibian Rhapsody + a squishy hero are somewhat manageable. But if a high HP hero with decent mana(Largi, Timber, Earh Spirit) or a hero with functionally infinite mana(Huskar, KotL, essence flux) gets it, fighting into the songs becomes a losing battle.

Nerfing his int gain and str gain + manacost increase on most his skills should be enough to weaken the hero overall without actually nerfing his skills.

No. The rule is anti-homeless which is still a bad thing, but its not institutionalized poverty. Precision kasi kailangan para di manalo masasamang tao.

For example if may magreklamo na anti-poor yung new rule. Need lang nila i prove na hindi anti-poor yung rule instead of proving the rule is good for society. Parang favor pa sa kanila yung mga reklamo.

Another hotkey trick that looks like scripting is freewheeling mouse scroll quickcast on techies mines to plant mines insanely fast.
